Role Summary/Overview
An Operations Manager Dispatch controls the workflow of employees at call centers. It is their responsibility to ensure all orders are accounted for each shipment and to ensure each order arrives on time.
Role Scope
- Ownership in making important planning and strategy decisions
- Oversee budgeting reporting planning and auditing.
- Contribute to the development implementation and review of procedures in cooperation with regional and central teams
- Examine data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities
- Reach set targets by driving the mindset towards the companys values and strategy
- Share status updates of the operations with upper management and set action plans for improvements
- Build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders
- Participating in and contributing to the promotion of the companys culture and encouraging top performance and high morale
- Provide strong and inspired leadership for the organization
- Plan and review compensation actions
Qualifications :
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing teams
- You are fluent when it comes to communicating using the English language verbally and written
- You are highly motivated to own projects and work independently
- It is an easy thing for you to read and evaluate reports and drive improvements
- You speak a datadriven language when it comes to managing the business
- You are able to align the business needs and the team members wishes
- You are capable of using Microsoft Office products
