Were looking for a dynamic and datadriven Marketing Specialist to join our team focusing on nonfood verticals within talabat.
This role will play a critical part in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns tailored to our nonfood verticalsgroceries pharmacies electronics flowers and cosmeticsenhancing customer engagement and driving brand growth in these categories.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multichannel marketing excellent project management skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with various stakeholders to bring impactful campaigns to life.
Whats On Your Plate
Campaign Development & Execution: Planning and execution of marketing initiatives specifically tailored to nonfood verticals including groceries pharmacies electronics flowers and cosmetics. Work with the team to develop campaign concepts communications and promotional activities that align with business goals and drive customer interest.
DataDriven Channel Optimization: Leverage data insights to identify the most effective channel mix and target audience for each campaign. Understand the purpose of each marketing channel and adapt messaging to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with dark store General Managers nonfood teams and category managers to understand business objectives across the nonfood segments. Transform these insights into compelling campaigns and facilitate alignment on strategic goals and campaign expectations to ensure consistency in brand
messaging.
Campaign Analysis & Market Insights: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to conduct analysis on campaign performance monitor customer behavior and report insights. Carry out comparative analyses on market trends and competitive activity in each nonfood category providing recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact with relevant departments within both the Regional and Country Teams gathering ideas and requirements for effective planning and execution. Ensure alignment of marketing strategies across teams to amplify the impact of each campaign.
Customer Segment Insights: Develop a deep understanding of customer segments related to nonfood categories in Bahrain. Utilize these insights to build a strong foundational knowledge of the landscape and refine marketing strategies accordingly
Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay uptodate with industry trends consumer behaviors and technological advancements within the nonfood sectors. Proactively identify new opportunities for Talabat to engage customers through innovative campaigns by bringing creative ideas to the team that can be tested and scaled to keep talabat at
the forefront of the nonfood market.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
You have a degree in Marketing or related disciplines with 2 years relevant working experience.
You have experience in working in FMCG or Retail organizations preferably with ecommerce experience.
You have basic knowledge of or have worked in CRM and used analytics tools.
You understand how to orchestrate and manage campaigns from AZ and how to create a media mix that works.
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills and are comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel.
You have strong organizational & communication skills and you are comfortable to present ideas and communicate between various functions.
You are a team player and love bouncing ideas.
You have experience in working to very tight deadlines and executing work accurately and quickly.
