Trainee - Talent Acquisition Tamheer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Trainee for our Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This exciting opportunity is part of the Tamheer program designed to provide handson experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. As a Trainee in Talent Acquisition you will have the chance to learn and grow within a supportive professional environment while contributing to our organizations hiring efforts.

• Assist in various stages of the recruitment process including job posting resume screening and interview scheduling
• Support the coordination of candidate assessments and background checks
• Help maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates
• Assist in onboarding processes for new hires
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
• Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment metrics and trends
• Support the team in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
