About the role
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our quickly growing Digital Enablement team as a Product & Services Design Manager.
As a Product & Services Design Manager you will be responsible for implementing the UX strategy across all Qatar Airways digital platforms. You will be leading a team of designers responsible for development of a humancentered design process that balances data customer insights problemsolving and innovation to create frictionless endtoend experiences for Qatar Airways customers.
As part of your daily responsibilities you will also:
- Work on creation and execution of a UX strategy for the Qatar Airways digital platforms including qatarairways.com and the mobile app championing design cohesion and consistency across all products and features while continuing to foster a culture of innovation and invention.
- Lead daytoday creative and holistic design thinking across diverse product releases and teams; driving the direction style and methodology of design and accessibility.
- In collaboration with key stakeholders lead the UX efforts for Qatar Airways digital platforms accounting for the needs of a global user base.
- Partner up with product owners and product managers to understand their needs and translate them to meaningful usercentric designs that provide a frictionless user experience.
- Lead strategic design reviews and review deliverables from Designers and researches as well as present deliverables to peers product managers and highlevel partners.
- Oversee development of effective specifications and documentation of design patterns within the team.
- Working with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap for their products across the customer journey while ensuring crossfunctional collaboration and design consistency.
- Partner with the research and analysis teams to identify opportunities for the creation of new products across the customers journey on qatarairways.com and the mobile app from inspiration to exploration and engagement all the way through retention.

About You
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of jobrelated experience
- A portfolio of work demonstrating compelling design solutions and showcasing your ability to turn ideas into a holistic UX vision.
- Demonstrated experience in UX Design Interaction Design or Product Design.
- Management experience leading Design teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple timesensitive deliverables and competing priorities.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Web Analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics.
