Your role
As a Senior Product Designeryou will partner with crossfunctional teams who are charged with revolutionizing how people shop pay and bank. You are someone who can strike a balance between having a strong desire to understand user behavior and business performance and having a love for developing highly functional and emotionally meaningful experiences.. You will thoughtfully question the status quo and look closely at how we can push the user experience further with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate open ended conceptual ideas into tangible product features
- Lead endtoend design processes from initial research to polished UI/UX designs ensuring toptier execution.
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
- Give and take feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually improve for quality output
- Drive a partnership with product managers engineers researchers creative designers and content strategists in order to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
- Represent design to a broader product team and other leaders articulating the rationale behind the design decisions
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience designing and shipping features with an endtoend experience across a variety of platforms.
- 6 years of interaction design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding peoples needs plus consideration of how this product will scale. Use appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.
- 6 years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography desktop/mobile UI color layout iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
- 6 years of strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals identifying opportunities and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
