As a Customer Service Agent your responsibilities would include responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and chat maintaining accurate customer records and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally you will be responsible for updating our customer service database to improve efficiency and streamline our customer service processes. This is an onsite role.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic both verbal and written.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft office
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
