Job Summary/Purpose:
Motor Oil Sales Senior Executive Commercializes and sells motor oil to achieve growth in revenue. The responsibilities includes:
1. Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive the sales of automotive lubricants. Identify potential customers such as automotive dealerships service centers and fleet operators and generate leads.
2. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
3. Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their lubricant needs and requirements provide technical expertise address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. Regularly engage with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build longterm partnerships.
4. Provide consultative sales support by understanding customers specific lubricant requirements recommending suitable products and highlighting the value proposition.
5. Identify and quote accurate parts and services to customers in a timely manner.
6. Develop and update customer database identify and interact with Key Account Customers through email personal visits contact etc.... to maintain customer relations and enhance sales.
7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations product demonstrations and technical workshops to educate customers on the features and benefits of automotive lubricants.
8. Follow up with customers on submitted quotations tenders and Ministry orders.
9. Update customers on the status of backorder details on a weekly basis.
10. Monitor delivery of goods and coordinate with Parts Distribution Center (PDC) on the same.
11. File and maintain credit documents and LPOs for future reference of ASG Credit/Legal departments.
12. Ensure implementing Dealer agreement and contracts.
13. Propose various sales promotional schemes and provide market feedback to support the Pricing team regarding market pricing and branding.
14. Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions to the Manager.
Prepare periodic sales and activity reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to AlSayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
