Key Responsibilities: What Youll Do
1. Document Management and Delivery:
- Receive legal translation documents from the Project Manager.
- Print stamp and deliver documents to clients either within the office or by visiting their premises.
- Handle document legalization and attestation processes at the Chamber of Commerce.
- Edit and format documents as needed ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2. Client Interaction:
- Deliver soft copy files back to the Project Manager for client sharing when required.
- Attend the office to welcome and assist walkin clients with inquiries and services.
3. Administrative Support
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions and services provided.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Essential Skills and Qualification
- University Degree preferably an Alsun Graduate
- 0 to 1 years of experience required.
- Resident in Riyadh is a must.
- Very Good English Language.
