Job Title: Product Analyst
Job Location: Bahrain Egypt & Lebanon REMOTE
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
YOE: 3 years
Role Overview:
As a Product Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to product development and performance. Your role involves providing insights to support decisionmaking processes and contributing to the improvement of product strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write clear user stories in order to communicate business requirements to the team.
- Analyze customer data feedback and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights related to product performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
- Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.
- Conduct product research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.
- Support in onboarding flow and enterprise process management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of business.
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customerfirst approach.
- English and Arabic Speaker.
- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 year(s).
- Indepth knowledge of Agile (Scrum) process and principles.
- Top communication presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills.

- Requirement Gathering: Skilled at gathering and interpreting requirements from stakeholders to support product development.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.

- Attention to Detail: Attentive to details in data analysis and product requirements to ensure accuracy and quality.
