As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Team in Doha as a Cargo Digital Content Management Specialist. This role is responsible to perform content operations on Cargo Website (grcargo.com) and mobile app with the ultimate goal of driving customer centricity across Qatar Airways Cargo's digital touchpoints. Ensure all content on the website and mobile app is compliant with brand tone of voice and adheres to company's communication strategy and writing guidelines. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include: .

Liaise with internal departments, outstations and group companies, in order to update content on Cargo website on behalf of company-wide stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and usefulness on Qatar Airways Cargo's digital platforms including qrcargo.com & mobile app. .

Collaborate and provide support to the product development teams on projects by creating contest for all online digital touchpoints including but not limited to the pre-login website, post-login bookingh-manage booking, profiles and all other transactional pages on the website. .

Collaborate with the Design team to develop innovative and creative campaigns and content ideas that are share worthy and can be hosted on the website as well as promoted on a multitude of E-marketing channels including but not limited to Social Media Channels like Qatar Airways Cargo's LinkedIn & Instagram. .

Create content for campaigns while personalizing the content according to the channel and audience using best practices and guidelines for each specific online channel adhering to character limitations and ensuring relevance of the content once used on visuals.
