الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide firstline support for all users facing hardware software desktop and the task assigned by the admins
- Respond to end user requests and ensure all calls are logged updated and closed regularly
- Install configure and maintain computers laptops printers and other peripheral devices software networks and all applications
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations including hardware and software installation and provide technical support to endusers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide immediate support for urgent and critical problems with minimal service interruption.
- Setup and maintain IT devices used by employees to ensure business continuity and provide support remotely whenever requested by the staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and get best price for order IT procurements and maintain IT asset management.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairing faulty IT equipment and ensure critical OnAir devices are replaced and fixed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the overall stability and performance of IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems and applications.
- Participate in and coordinate with stakeholders for IT projects and related activities.
- Maintaining the WiFi & Routers of the company.
- Auditing users pc for unwanted applications.
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field as IT Support Engineer / Technician.
- Certifications in relevant technologies are preferrable.
- Working experience with insurance companies or similar environments preferred.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and people skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have proficiency in English language. Proficiency in Arabic language is preferable.
Job Types: Fulltime Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From QAR8000.00 per month

- Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:
- similar role: 2 years (Preferred)
