الوصف الوظيفي
Study the projects documents like drawings specifications and schedule and review tender documents and contracts to be able to follow up on materials required.
Study the tender documents (specifications Drawing BOQ & schedule) to understand the project scope.
Prepare & send RFI (Request for information) to clients with prior approval from direct seniors.
Prepare technical offers & Vendor list.
Value Engineering if needed to decrease the project budget.
Preparing shop drawings and asbuilt drawings using CAD Revit tools .
Preparing coordination Mechanical trades drawings using REVIT Naviswork Tools.
Preparing calculations as required for design review using HAP Elite tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
- From 5:8 years of Experience
- Very Good English & Arabic other language is an asset
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods CAD design analysis and modern structural systems.
- Professional knowledge in Construction methods and applications.
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office AutoCADRevit Navisworks is preferred).
