Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt. Our client is a global producer marketer and provider of technologydriven natural ingredients ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the global food beverage and nutrition industry.
Job Title: Cost Controller
Scope:This role involves implementing divisional strategies optimizing processes and supporting financial steering for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in costing process optimization and digital transformation with a proven track record in financial analysis and business partnering.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Implementation and Team Coordination:
- Apply divisional strategy within the area of responsibility.
- Promote team spirit and integrate new employees into the team workflow.
- Facilitate effective information exchange within the team and with interfaces.
Process Optimization and Digital Transformation:
- Lead initiatives for process standardization and organizational optimization.
- Coordinate and implement digitization projects to enhance workflows.
- Document and map efficient processes within company IT systems.
Sales Performance and Cost Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance including revenue pricing and product margins to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards with actionable insights for senior management.
- Examine cost structures related to production distribution and sales to optimize profitability.
Customer Profitability and Strategy Development:
- Evaluate customer profitability by segment or account to guide acquisition retention and crossselling strategies.
- Act as a business partner in the LongTerm Commitment (LTC) process for commercial functions.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer profitability and business growth.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align sales budgets and forecasts with revenue and profit targets.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and refine methodologies as needed.
Compliance and Budget Management:
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal regulations.
- Manage budgets effectively initiating corrective actions for identified variances.

Working Conditions:
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday).
Job Location: Industrial Zone 6th of October.
