We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with a passion for driving growth in the media and events industry. As Manager/Senior Executive Business youll play a vital role in driving sales growth building relationships and delivering value to our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Leading the endtoend sales process including identifying opportunities pitching negotiating and closing deals.
Sponsorships & Advertising: Selling sponsorships for highprofile events and advertising packages across our digital print and social media platforms.
Client Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong longterm relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning: Identifying new revenue streams upselling opportunities and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing production and editorial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
210 years in sales management preferably in digital media event sponsorships radio or print media.
Proven ability to pitch negotiate and close deals successfully.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
A degree in business management sales or marketing management is ideal.
Preference to those with experience in the Middle East especially Oman.
