Competence Requirements:
Education: BE Mechanical Post Graduate Qualifications. (preferred)
Experience: 1. 12 years related experience and minimum 7 years experience with Good knowledge of Mechanical design and detail engineering of chemical injection skid detail engineering & modular skids packaging for Oil & Gas. 2. Reverse osmosis plant design and detail engineering. 3. Design of pumping station Design and Detail Engineering of Static Equipment Design and Detail Engineering of Rotating Equipments Data sheet & Valve schedule Preparation Mechanical GA Drawing preparation Mechanical Electromechanical equipments data sheet preparation Equipment layout preparation & Process piping Preparation of cutting plan for storage tanks and pressure vessels.
Language ability: English a must. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic preferred
Gulf Experience: Preferred not Essential
HSE training courses: Not Applicable strong HSE culture essential
Special skills: x Strong communication skills x Good Presentation Skills x Tendering and Estimating experience and skills x Planning software experience (Microsoft Project or Primavera) x Preparation of Skid GA Platform detail drawings & Lifting Arrangement for Skids. x Ability to lead grow and develop the team x Ability to meet (and exceed) multiple and timedriven deadlines x Preparation of Fabrication drawings Transportation drawings for Pressure Vessels. x Pressure Vessel Design calculation and drawings. x Ability to develop and maintain good Customer/Client relationships.
Medical fitness: Physically fit and suitable for extensive travel to interior/desert locations
Job summary: 1. Look after Oil and gas Chemical injection package STP DM UF RO & CPU plants Firefighting. (Take care of complete mechanical design Welding Inspection Site & Installation team coordination)
2. Preparation of datasheets for mechanical equipment (Pumps Blowers Valves Filter presses Pressure vessels Storage Tanks and Agitators) based on tender specification.
3. Design of Pressure Vessels IS & API Storage Tanks using international Codes and standards.
4. Preparation reviewing of engineering drawings and loading data.
5. Preparation and reviewing of Foundation Layouts.
6. Selection of material based on service requirements.
7. Evaluate the vendor data sheets & GA Drawings and prepare the documents for client submission.
8. Purchase Requisition creation and release for Mechanical equipment.
9. Preparation of valve schedule.
10. Piping design (Process pipingASME B 31.3) Selection and sizing of pipes & valves.
11. Reviewing of Piping layout & Isometric piping drawings as per P&ID.
12. Preparation of Technical Queries (TQ) Request for Vendors (RFQ) / Material Requisition. 13. Carrying out technical bid evaluation and analysis of bids from multiple vendors for technical details and compliance to complete scope of supply.
14. Material Takeoff for skids/packages etc. and preparing of cost estimation sheets.
15. Preparation of Static Piping Structural and Instrument MTO for Packages with provided input and hookup drawings.
16. Preparation of Skid GA Platform detail drawings & Lifting Arrangement for Skids Preparation of Fabrication drawings Transportation drawings for Pressure Vessels Reviewing of Pressure Vessel Design calculation and drawings. HSE Responsibility:
17. Lead the business unit on HSE.
18. Participate in regular HSE inspections at sites and enhance safety culture of team members.
19. Ensure HSE standards are maintained and implemented for departments activities.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: RO750.000 RO1000.000 per month
