QATAR Senior Consultant - Service Designer

Sia Partners in Qatar is looking for a Senior Consultant with Design Thinking background.

We need someone who has experience working in designcentric projects capable of managing senior stakeholder relationships and able to form innovative end results. The role will require engagement across all stages of the design process: from ideation to finally integrating solutions into seamless customer experiences.

Some of your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Advocate service design and work with teams to design products and services geared towards seamless customer experience
• Engage in the Design projects from understanding users experience identfying gaps and realising solutions for optimal user experience.
• Participate in the delivery of a range of projects defining project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Establish relationships and liaise with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

To qualify you must have

• Recent relevant work experience of at least 39 years working collaboratively across engineering product management and user research teams
• BA/BS degree in service design graphic design humancomputer interaction or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven designs and experience of launched services that have been implemented in the real world
• Deep expertise in design thinking/humancentered design
• Indepth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline (Systems Design Business Design Industrial Design Graphic Design Interaction Design)
• Ability to work within a selfdirected culture and navigate ambiguity
• A dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
• Experience in a Scrumbased production process
• Experience defining or working with a design system
• A high proficiency in verbal and written Arabic is desirabl
