Key Responsibilities:
Educating AI: Review AIgenerated outputs and provide structured constructive feedback aimed at improving the models accuracy. Help the AI better understand complex realworld scenarios and ensure it applies its knowledge effectively.
Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into clear stepbystep solutions. Guide the AI through these problems helping it learn to reason logically and solve them effectively stepbystep.
Red Teaming: Identify and address potential biases inaccuracies and gaps in the AIs knowledge. Design and execute tests to challenge the model pushing its boundaries to ensure its outputs are reliable unbiased and applicable in realworld scenarios.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with AI engineers and researchers to integrate feedback refine the AIs performance and contribute to the ongoing development of the model. Help shape the evolution of AI systems to ensure they remain relevant and useful in diverse applications.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Native Proficiency in Hebrew: Native Hebrew fluency with excellent writing skills to clearly communicate feedback and insights.
Residency in Israel: Applicants must be residents of Israel and have a strong understanding of the local language culture and context.
Education: An Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
Professional Writing Experience: Prior experience in a writingintensive role (researcher journalist technical writer editor etc.) is preferred but not required. Strong written communication skills are essential for this role.
AI Training Experience: While experience with AI tasks or training models is preferred it is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the development of AI systems.
