Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented IT Specialist and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this dualrole position you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees ensuring efficient resolution of ITrelated issues while also overseeing and managing logistics operations within the company. You will play a key role in planning implementing and innovating IT solutions as needed while coordinating logistics to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent communication skills and experience in both IT support and logistics management.
Responsibilities:
IT Specialist:
- Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers via phone email or in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and network issues promptly and accurately.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems peripherals and software applications.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
- Provide training and assistance to users on ITrelated topics and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement efforts.
Logistics Coordination:
- Manage and oversee logistics processes ensuring efficient movement of goods equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure availability and reduce waste.
- Assist with the procurement process and ensure logistics operations comply with company standards.
Qualifications:
- BAHRAINIS ONLY REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Skills in other fields related to the role is a plus.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: BD450.000 per month
