Join Our Team: Online Pickers Division Coordinator
Are you passionate about logistics team leadership and making processes run seamlessly Were looking for a motivated Online Pickers Division Coordinator to lead our team of online pickers and ensure online orders are prepared with precision and efficiency.
What Youll Do
As the Online Pickers Division Coordinator youll:
- Lead the Team: Take charge of a diverse team of online pickers ensuring theyre empowered productive and motivated to deliver excellence.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with supermarket supervisors to ensure our pickers are perfectly placed and performing at their best.
- Drive Onboarding Excellence: Welcome new pickers into the team ensuring their documentation training and legal visas are handled with precision.
- Manage the Picker Lifecycle: Oversee the pickers journey from the day they join to their final day ensuring smooth processes at every stage.
- ProblemSolve in RealTime: Be the goto person for resolving placement issues or picker concerns quickly and effectively.
- Stay Organized: Keep accurate records track picker performance and report insights to improve the process.

- Experienced: Youve spent at least 2 years in logistics HR or team management and understand the importance of compliance and smooth operations.
