JOB TITLE: Brand and Social Media Marketing Specialist
EXPERIENCE: 0 to 2 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Bahraini candidate to join our team as a Brand and Social Media Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of brand management and social media operations with the ability to develop and manage a brand personality that resonates with our target audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee the brands social media accounts (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn).
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create curate and manage published content (images video written) that aligns with the brands voice and personality.
Monitor social media trends tools and applications and apply that knowledge to increase the brands presence.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bahraini national with 0 to 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Basic understanding of brand fundamentals and management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva Adobe Photoshop).
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
