The Marketing Associate is responsible for digital marketing specifically assisting in targeted marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram. A solid knowledge of social media and a passion for events. We are looking for someone who is selfdriven understands the startup scene (a bonus) and has a solid understanding of our everchanging digital landscape including the use of marketing AI tools.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform research analyses and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Assist marketing manager in all major campaign work
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and leadnurturing process through email content events and social channels
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation content creation website traffic and other KPIs
- Assist reporting manager in the development and execution of campaigns including content creation new program marketing collateral social media upselling crossselling and sales enablement
- Optimize social media campaigns and track all progress
- Assist and support with events and event logistics
- Write case studies on new and existing programs with a focus on alumni success stories
Job Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication strong editing skills
- Basic knowledge of digital software such as Canva Illustrator Photoshop and other graphic design software
- Knowledge of video editing is a plus
- Strong creative design and analytical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Experience using CMS platforms such as HubSpot
- Must have at least 35 years of work experience
- Preferably with a background in Marketing
- Must have a strong understanding of MENA landscape
- Business Savvy
