Specialty:
Knowledge of VoC Expertise process related to government programs & Testing Business requirements.
Education Degree:
Diploma / Higher Education certificate
Technical knowledge:
Refer to GS PR 103 (Qualification and training of Personnel)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years job related experience (preferably in Operations Support functions)
Primary Functions:
- Define the sales and marketing strategy within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the Management.
- Identify new business opportunities (existing clients and new clients) for VOC & Lab Testing Business related PSI scope & crossselling of other BV business lines services.
- Define and deploy alternative solutions to maintain the budgetary achievements.
- To prepare commercial meetings and proposals in coordination with GS KSA VoC & Lab Testing Team
- Mobilize the right resources to develop an opportunity and build the winning proposals with clients.
- Prepare the actual proposals mastering pricing components (as applicable) and strategy.
- Timely update of reporting tools as needed.
- Assess current business and establish new business development targets priorities and monitor them.
- Follow up of DSO (Days sales outstanding) with clients in coordination with team members & BV collection team as and when required.
- Cross selling of other BV Business Lines as applicable
- Meeting existing clients to maintain customer relationship and to seek improvement of service
- Perform Occasionally Physical verification of the goods strictly using the product Inspection Checklist ( PICLs). One PICL per line item if necessary.
- To check that the corrective actions are properly performed and to mention in Inspection report the discrepancies and their corrective actions.
- Follow instructions provided by the VOC technical officer if any.
- Complete the Inspection report with the proper saving sheet and duly ticked PICLs.
- To report immediately to the Inspection technical responsible of any difficulty.
- Maintain a highlevel alert during inspection and to conduct inspection in impartial and independent manner.
- Report all types of Savings in Inspection Report.
- To retain personal notes (Inspector must have a Note Book) concerning inspection for at least one year
Technical Expertise:
- Awareness of ISO 17020 & QMS requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of related inspection procedures and techniques.
