As a User Interface (UI) Design Specialist at MasterWorks you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces for our web applications and digital products. You will work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure that the design vision is accurately translated into functional highquality interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense attention to detail and a passion for improving user experiences through innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with UX designers to develop user interface designs and prototypes that enhance user experience across various platforms and devices.
- Create and maintain design systems style guides and UI patterns to ensure consistency in visual design across all projects.
- Develop visually engaging layouts graphics and assets that align with product branding and user needs.
- Conduct design reviews and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers and product managers to gather feedback and ensure designs meet technical constraints.
- Stay updated on the latest UI design trends tools and technologies applying best practices in your work.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for developers ensuring a smooth handoff for implementation.
- Participate in usability testing and user feedback sessions to gather insights that inform design improvements.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback analytics and changing project requirements.
- Advocate for the user by incorporating usercentered design principles throughout the design process.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design projects with a focus on user experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar applications.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web applications.
- Excellent visual design skills a strong sense of typography color and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills able to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with a passion for creating userfriendly designs that solve problems.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
