THE WORK: Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be the goto expert in MultiChannel Customer Interaction Management. As an SME in this field you will collaborate with and manage the team to perform seamlessly. Responsible for team decisions you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Your role will involve providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Exciting challenges await you in this role!
Generate insights and advise on digital marketing data and spend toward channels
Develop recommendations to improve operational technical and design content
Deliver digital marketing services for interactive programs and campaigns including ongoing maintenance and operations
Maintain awareness of new and emerging marketing technologies
Build relationships across clients agencies and vendors on noncreative program and campaign elements
HERES WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Expert proficiency in MultiChannel Customer Interaction Management
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelors Degree in relevant field of studies

Expert proficiency in Digital Customer Strategy
Expert proficiency in Digital Marketing
