We are seeking a highly organized and professional HR Executive to join our team in Dammam Saudi Arabia. As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizations human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our company.
- Manage and maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HRrelated information
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting candidate screening and interview coordination
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and conduct new employee orientations
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to implement performance management processes and conduct annual reviews
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations staying uptodate with any changes
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking processes
- Handle employee relations issues and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR role.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment employee relations performance management and training and development
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
