We are seeking for a determined Sales Manager with a solid leadership experience. This role is pivotal to our company because it is responsibility for driving revenue growth and ensuring our sales targets are met.
Job PurposeThe purpose of the sales management role is to devise and implement effective sales strategies manage the team to exceed sales targets maintain enhanced customer relationships and have a thorough understanding of the industry trends. The candidate would need to have strong leadership qualities excellent communication skills and an ability to assess sales performance using analytical skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Manage the sales team to ensure sales targets are met
- Exercise strong leadership and communication to guide team members
- Assess sales performance using analytical skills
- Train and motivate team members to achieve their personal best
- Maintain client relations using customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
