- Hold the knowhow of the MEP part of our construction projects in all its aspects: design performance installations and the interaction with other trades.
- Coordinate the MEP design and execution between design subcontractors and civil/finishing works with the Architect.
- Allround knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing works.
- Provide the planning input for the MEP works.
- Initiate and manage upstream schedules for MEP subcontracts MEP supply chain and MEP designs.
- Assist in technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
- Responsible for the asbuilt documents and drawings performance tests commissioning handover snagging and snagging control.
- Audit MEP subcontractors for validation by project management.
- Monitor site inspection plans and approval processes and participate in the testing and commissioning process in coordination with the project leaders.
- Review package contractors technical submittals and test reports in coordination with the PMC & Consultant and issue comments for compliance.
- Report to the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a similar position and industry including 5 years as an MEP Manager.
- Site and designoriented.
- Stadium experience preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Gulforiented and experienced in Middle East construction.
- A design background or a proven ability to review MEP designs thoroughly.
- Experience working with MEP BIM models.
- Experience with document control and project management tools such as Primavera.
