We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager who will help in setting and executing the
best strategy to acquire restaurants on talabat. As a Manager you will be focused on acquiring
the top brands in your market while simultaneously coaching your team on the best practices in
pipeline management negotiation and objection handling.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop your team to be the best in performance and results.
Lead the execution of the acquisition strategy in your market.
Drive pipeline management and goal attainment.
Help your team close complex deals and ensure you are present in tough negotiations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new
partners.
Stay informed about industry developments and provide strategic insights to the
leadership team.
Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy aligning with overall
business objectives.
Lead and inspire a team of acquisition professionals fostering a culture of excellence
and collaboration.
Oversee the endtoend process of acquiring new restaurant partners ensuring a
seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners decisionmakers and
key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure crossfunctional alignment and support for new
restaurant partners.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of
acquisition efforts.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management highlighting achievements
and proposing strategic adjustments.
Conduct indepth market analysis to identify trends competitor activities and
opportunities for expansion.
Provide strategic insights to the leadership team based on market intelligence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance the overall
efficiency of the acquisition pipeline.
Qualifications :

5 years of experience in sales.
Proven experience in a senior acquisition role with a successful track record of building
and leading highperformance teams.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to convey the value of
Talabat to potential partners.
Excellent market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
