Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone email chat).
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management to help improve customer service processes using AI insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and how they can be applied to enhance customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer service software and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
