This role involves managing crossfunctional teams ensuring timely delivery maintaining highquality standards and meeting client or stakeholder expectations. The Delivery Manager acts as the central point of communication between the client and the internal teams driving efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project/Service Delivery:
Plan schedule and oversee the endtoend delivery of projects or services.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and quality.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity.
3. Client/Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders during the delivery process.
Manage expectations by providing regular updates on progress challenges and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Process Optimization:
Implement and refine delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports to management.
Promote continuous improvement by analyzing delivery processes and adopting best practices.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor budgets identify costsaving opportunities and ensure financial compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Industrial engineering Business Administration Project Management IT or a related field.
Proven experience in delivery management project management or a similar role.
Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Microsoft Project).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Certified Scrum Master).
Experience working in a fastpaced or clientfacing environment.
Knowledge of industryspecific technologies and tools.
