Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels
- Managing the creation and publishing of relevant original highquality content
- Update and optimize the Hotel content on Direct Indirect channels and online listings
- Review and monitor hotels competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal
- Manage the active presence of the property on Social Media channels
- Monitor and optimize Traffic Acquisition levers at Hotel level including but not limited to SEO Display Paid Social Metasearch
- Support the execution of the emailing calendar for Rooms F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines
- Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance
- Monitor and assist in ensuring Rate parity together with the Revenue Director/Manager throughout all online distribution channels
- Monitor and reply to online reviews
