Deep Instinct a fast growing cyber security company with over 200 employees globally is looking for skilled dynamic sharp analitical and pleasant Bookkeeper join our team and assist our Finance team in the daytoday financial operations of the company.
In this role you will oversee the bank accounts WW Credit Cards and IC transactions.
You will also assist in the monthly quarterly and yearend financial closings with our broader Finance team.

Responsibilities::
- Responsibility for several bank accounts (local and foreign) including daily bank reconciliations and monthly controls.
- Credit cards reconciliation monitoring the transactions and making sure receipts are received and saved verifying allocating and recording the transactions in our books with right classification.
- Accured expenses provisions
- Cash flow management
- Accounts Payable (bill posting payments vendors contracts etc.)
- Work with our global subsidiaries and manage all intercompany worldwide activities.
- Assist to improve internal accounting practices processes and system integrations.
- Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed.
- Gathering information for tax filings.

Requirements :
- Bookkeeping Certificate (Must) Type 3 (advantage)
- At least 3 years experience of bookkeeping (tech company is an advantage).
- Experience with Netsuite software
- Previous employment in a global office working environment
- Experience working with multiple currencies
- Strong Excel skills Must
- Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic growthoriented environment
- Strong verbal and written skills in English Must
