Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that environmental business objectives are met efficiently and effectively;
- Support Environment & Sustainability Section team in developing and implementing the sections organizational and procedural policies;
- Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure effective coordination for environmental business;
- Provide training and mentoring in the field of environment to the junior Environment & Sustainability Section staff;
- Support the department in developing environmental related research including but not limited to marine and terrestrial studies.
HSE Roles Responsibilities and Accountability:
- In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPINs Integrated Management System every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPINs Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work.
- It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Companys Quality Environment and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Companys Integrated Management Systems policies and procedures
Skills:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Environmental Engineering or Biology Science;
- Minimum 10 years of experience;
- Experience in marine and terrestrial environmental impact assessment
- Experience in reviewing and developing ESIA
- Excellent written & spoken English;
- Strong facilitation team building collaboration and problemsolving skills;
- Highly effective communicator with clear and concise technical writing and presentation skills;
