Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future product leaders.
It is a comprehensive and handson experience designed to accelerate your growth within the dynamic realm of Product Management .
You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle companywide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges making a mark from day one . Successful completion of this program will lead to internal opportunities based on performance.
If you have a brilliant academic track record are a proactive problemsolver and are ready to push past whats possible while executing with precision ; this is the program for you!

Your role
- Work closely with our experienced product team gaining valuable skills and insights into the field of product management
- Benefit from oneonone mentorship and guidance from our seasoned products professionals who will support your growth and development throughout the program
- Gain practical and handson experience by working on realworld business problems from day one making a direct impact on the business at an early stage of your career
- Receive training and professional development opportunities tailored to your interests and goals to set you up for success in your role
- Network with stakeholders across businesses at Tamara who have joined us from various industries and leading global companies
Your expertise
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Recently completed your college or university studies between.
- Handson experience through internships/Coop in fields aligned with our technological focus.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
- Demonstrated project management skills
- The ability and want to influence and persuade others through constructing logical and data driven business cases
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve your product skills at Tamara
- Able to read write and converse fluently in Arabic and English
