Show:
Evaluate the final output of every show podcast or edited content.
Scrutinize the audio visuals and editing choices questioning their merit.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to review shows and strive for elevated production standards.
Guest bookings for each show: Ensure that calendars are consistently filled with highquality relevant guests
Embrace social to optimize the online presence and engagement of an upcoming show fostering a deeper understanding of audience dynamics and trends for more impactful content creation and promotion.
Output Distribution & Performance:
Ensure comprehensive distribution of shows across all platforms optimizing reach and engagement. Implement strategic distribution plans assess emerging platforms and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maximize the presence of our content on various channels thereby enhancing overall visibility and audience accessibility.
Ensure consistency across all shows. From inception to delivery.
Create treatments for new shows understand the output and ensure deliverables are being met.
Develop and implement a comprehensive performance tracking system for all shows meticulously recording links and show numbers across platforms.
Utilize these insights to inform datadriven decisions identify areas for improvement and strategize the creation of new content
Production:
Identify ways to develop the shows across the brands from new shows to current live shows.
Being proactive with content calendars in advance to see how each episode can be topical and enhanced and share ideas and recommendations across channels
Strengthening communication could be helpful. By making sure everyone has a clear understanding of the Smashi sports schedule potential misunderstandings can be minimized especially with tech and marketing teams.
Ensure high quality work output across all matters by double check work with the aim to produce error free work to limit mistakes from interview questions to the correct asset specs used across shows.
Particularly client titles guest names and sponsored work is all error free.
Requirements
Well versed in Arabic & English
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in a realtime news environment
Demonstrated strong knowledge of and interest in business news
Strong editorial judgment and ability to work under deadline pressure
Flexibility with hours if required
