الوصف الوظيفي
- Developing professional practice nursing standards and skills and competencies within the Nursing teams by providing clear inspirational leadership
- Supporting the Medical Director and Vice Presidents (VPs) and senior team members with the implementation of the medical division strategies and expansion
- Operational management ensuring the safe delivery of nursing services across all departments i.e. primary care aeromedical medicine occupational health global health lifestyle and performance and infection control and prevention
- Overall responsibility for the patients experience ensuring continuous improvement and pathway development
- Collaborating and working with the senior management team in business case planning and performance management
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years experience post registration within a healthrelated facility
- 3 5 years experience related to the management and leadership of various nursing teams within health services primary care outpatients ambulatory care occupational health nursing or aviation nursing
- Masters degree in a health leadership or management position
- Relevant Degree / Qualification in Nursing Practice BSN / BSC or equivalent
- Significant experience of leading change across multiple sectors
