الوصف الوظيفي
Understand business and technical requirements of clients and build the solution plan proposal and cost estimates leveraging the maximum standard capabilities of ServiceNow;
Lead the solution design of ServiceNow products/solutions in client companies including due diligence and assessment of the relevance of solution design compared to client requirements;
Use a datadriven approach using benchmarks & performance measures to articulate key differentiators in the solution;
Develop scoped applications that will utilize all of ServiceNows platform functionality;
Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services with ServiceNow MID server web services REST and SSH actions;
Be a lead contributor on how ServiceNow can be used to integrate to new and existing technologies;
Build highquality clean scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes Code Reviews Unit testing etc.;
Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design implementation test automation and delivery of highquality solutions to clients;
Design ServiceNow solutions that are simple to use allowing customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs;
Contribute to the design and implementation of new ServiceNow products solutions and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
Requirements
Master proficiency in Solution Architecture thorough knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and capabilities;
Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis;
A minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant related skills;
Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis;
Advanced proficiency in Project Management;
Bachelors Degree.
Some experience in Agile Methodologies is good to have.
