Job Description: SAP Junior Consultant (FICO/SuccessFactors/Materials Management)

General Responsibilities Across Roles:

• Assist in the design configuration testing and support of assigned SAP modules.
  
• Collaborate with senior consultants and Arabicspeaking business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of SAP processes.
  
• Support data migration activities including cleansing mapping and loading data into SAP systems.
  
• Provide enduser support and resolve incidents related to assigned SAP modules.
  
• Develop technical and functional documentation in both Arabic and English.
  
• Continuously improve knowledge of SAP best practices and industryspecific requirements.
  

RoleSpecific Responsibilities:

SAP FICO Junior Consultant:

• Assist in configuring General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting and Controlling (Cost Center Accounting Profitability Analysis).
  
• Support the reconciliation of financial data and validation of financial reports.
  
• Help in resolving issues related to financial postings tax configurations and monthend/yearend processes.
  
• Assist in implementing local financial regulations in the Saudi market.
  

SAP SuccessFactors Junior Consultant:

• Support the configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Recruitment Performance & Goals and Learning.
  
• Assist with user management workflows and organizational structure setup.
  
• Help in data integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP modules (e.g. SAP HCM or thirdparty systems).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee lifecycle and HR process issues within the SuccessFactors system.
  

SAP Materials Management (MM) Junior Consultant:

• Support the configuration and testing of procurement processes including purchase requisitions purchase orders and inventory management.
  
• Assist in the implementation of material master data and vendor management.
  
• Participate in troubleshooting issues related to inventory discrepancies and procurement workflows.
  
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure seamless integration with FICO for procurement and inventory processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology Supply Chain Finance or related fields.
  
• Basic knowledge of SAP in the respective module (FICO/SuccessFactors/MM).
  
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  
• 1 2 years of experience in SAP or related roles (preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and a keen interest in learning SAP technologies.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented hybrid/online environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• FICO: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  
• SuccessFactors: Familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  
• MM: Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
