This is a remote position.
Position Overview:
This individual must possess expertlevel knowledge of financial analysis while also having significant exposure to fintech digital gift cards loyalty solutions and payment systems. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in strategic decisionmaking and guide financial planning efforts to support the company s ambitious growth trajectory. The candidate must exhibit leadership qualities analytical expertise and the ability to operate effectively as a peer among highly educated and accomplished professionals in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Drive the company s financial strategy through sophisticated modeling and scenario analysis.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership providing actionable financial insights and recommendations to align business decisions with longterm goals.
- Advanced Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Oversee the development of detailed financial forecasts budgets and models to support growth in fintech services digital gift cards and loyalty solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends risks and opportunities presenting findings to executives.
- Industry Expertise and Market Insights:
- Leverage indepth knowledge of the fintech sector to assess market conditions and inform business strategies.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital payment systems and loyalty solutions to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead crossfunctional financial initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Product Marketing and Operations.
- Mentor and guide junior financial team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify potential financial and operational risks recommending strategies for mitigation and safeguarding compliance with industry regulations.
- Ensure the company s financial operations meet international and local regulatory standards particularly in the fintech domain.
- Advanced Analytics and Technology Integration:
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and financial systems to optimize reporting streamline processes and enhance decisionmaking.
- Implement and oversee the integration of digital financial solutions into the company s operational framework.
- CrossDepartmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with the executive team and other departments to align financial goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Provide financial expertise in strategic projects and initiatives ensuring measurable and scalable results.
- Performance Reporting and Presentation:
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders ensuring clarity accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support boardlevel reporting with strategic financial analysis and data visualization.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- professional certifications (CPA CFA) is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis with at least 3 years in a senior financial role.
- Proven experience within fintech digital payment solutions or related industries is required.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert knowledge of financial modeling forecasting and advanced data analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems financial software and tools such as Power BI Tableau and Excel.
- Competencies:
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Exceptional analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely collaboratively in a fastpaced innovative environment with a focus on results.
