الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives to support the growth and progression of technical professionals within the organization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify development needs create customized development plans and deliver targeted learning opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
- 10 years extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives preferably in the Defense sector
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. L&D Organizational Development or a technical discipline). A Masters degree is a plus.
- Must be a native Arabic speaker. Excellent English communications.
- Strong understanding of technical roles competencies and career paths within the organization.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other elearning platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of career development programs.
- Professional certifications related to career development coaching or training are desirable.
