Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: KSA (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam)
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Receive and attend to assigned patients based on daily assignments.
- Implement nursing care processes for assigned patients following approved policies.
- Develop personalized nursing care plans in collaboration with other team members.
- Monitor patient status reporting any deviations or abnormalities to the team leader and onduty doctor within the required timeframe.
- Execute doctors orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide tailored patient and family education according to their needs.
- Document patient assessments physical responses to nursing interventions and progress.
- Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures as required.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Meet mandatory unitspecific competencies as outlined in the approved competency matrix.
- Show flexibility to meet work needs including float assignments if necessary.
- Adhere to JCIA/CBAHI standards.
- Provide clinical supervision and support during assigned shifts as the shift leader ensuring patients receive necessary care. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting rounds in patient areas
- Reporting unusual incidents to nursing supervision
- Attending doctor rounds
- Participating in patient status presentations and endorsements
- Attending departmental education and training activities
- Participating in departmental meetings
- Performing nursing procedures as required in the unit
- Contributing to personcentered care initiatives
- Enhancing patient experience with compassion respect and dignity
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the charge nurse or head nurse within the scope of knowledge skills and abilities.

Education / Professional Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing / GNM
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- BLS or relevant certifications
- Valid license from home country
