We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Project Manager to work on our Project Management Office (PMO) supporting and implementing Alnafitha s solutions portfolio.
We re a team of technologydriven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable scalable and efficient implementations. This position will require high cooperation with other teams from project management sales and business development. We re always striving to learn more expand our skills and grow our teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Validate the contract RFP technical proposal and the profitability matrix on the CRM.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within the scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Identify project phases stages and activities and upload them on the project tool.
- Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Control the project communication between all stakeholders and documents.
- Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals based on the KPI
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Validate the project deliverables with the client per each phase in the project and get the milestones acceptance.
- Create a closing report review it with the client and get the final signed signoff document.
- Support collection team when facing issues regarding the payment after getting the signoff.
Requirements
Candidate Experience:
To excel in this position you will need to:
Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II (Must)
- Agile Master
- ITIL Foundation (Must)
Technical Skills:
- Experience in the following technology: 5 project management
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent using Microsoft project.
- Strong knowledge of Could IT service management security unified communication solution project implementation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Data Analytics.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership acting like an owner in what you do.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Being able to work on their own or in a team
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain composure during a stressful situation
- Handling many tasks & responsibilities
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Objective for the Solution Architect: To architect and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive IT infrastructure, specializing in Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and endpoint management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of your systems. The Solution Architect will lead the strategic development and continuous refinement of the IT landscape, guaranteeing not only compliance with global standards but also enhancing operational effectiveness and safeguarding organizational data. The goal is to establish a resilient, secure, and adaptable IT environment that supports and propels the organization's objectives forward in an increasingly digital world. Our Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Manager Solution Architect is prepared to effectively assess and optimize your IT infrastructure, ensuring enhanced security and compliance. Key initial actions include: Conduct a Comprehensive Audit: Review the current IT infrastructure to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in security, compliance, and system integration Design Tailored Solutions: Develop specific Microsoft 365, security, compliance, and endpoint management strategies that align with organizational goals and requirements. Implement Robust Security Measures: Establish and deploy advanced security protocols and technologies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure Compliance Alignment: Update and refine compliance measures to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Optimize Endpoint Management: Design and implement endpoint management strategies to enhance device security and user productivity. Integrate Systems Seamlessly: Facilitate the integration of new solutions with existing systems to maintain operational continuity and data integrity Lead and Mentor: Guide and support a team of IT professionals in their daily operations, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment Collaborate Across Departments: Work with various departments to ensure IT strategies effectively support organizational objectives and workflows Monitor and Report: Regularly assess the performance of implemented solutions, providing reports and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
