On behalf of our client we are looking for Account Specialist to join their company.
Job Summary:
The Job holder is responsible for creating longterm trusting relationships with our clients as well as to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients.
Job Description:
- Act and serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships and represent Areeb in a highly professional manner. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Generate sales among client accounts including upsetting and crossselling.
- Maintain client satisfaction and ensure to meet the maximum of the satisfaction rate.
- Assist and collaborate with Transition team and follow up with them to ensure the project has been delivered as per the plan. Prepare reports that include billing deal closing etc.
- Ensure building and maintaining effective relationships between Areebs departments to reflect effective collaboration.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of the work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in account management or any relevant field.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and Clevel.
- Preferably Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
