3Provide training to the team on new Bajaj products services and warranty policies.
1Overse the processing of warranty claims ensuring compliance with Bajaj s warranty guidelines.
2Main accurate records of warrantyrelated repairs and claims for audit purposes.
3Coordinate with Bajaj s regional warranty team for claim approvals and updates.
1Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables ensuring availability to meet service demands.
2Maintain accurate service records including customer data service history and warranty documentation.
3Prepare and submit regular reports on service center performance customer satisfaction and warranty activities.
1Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
