Job Description:

We are looking for a Strategy and Financial Modeling Consultant to join our team and work within the Entertainment and Fashion sector at NEOM . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the sector s longterm business plans are aligned with the approved strategy and will develop robust financial models for the sector assets and projects contributing to the achievement of the sectors objectives for the coming decades.

Responsibilities:

Business Model Development: Lead the development of comprehensive financial models incorporating both financial and nonfinancial metrics and rigorously test inputs and methodologies.

Presentation Creation: Develop and present clear compelling presentations that communicate the sectors narrative strategy development programs and financial implications to diverse audiences.

Goal Assessment & Monitoring: Assess and track the sector s goals in alignment with NEOM s overarching objectives ensuring the effective execution of corresponding implementation plans.

Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in internal processes and execution plans that can enhance the sector s ability to achieve its goals.

Strategic Direction & Market Analysis: Support the development of strategic direction by analyzing market trends and translating these into actionable financial modeling insights.

Collaboration with External Providers: Engage with external service providers such as toptier consulting firms and industry experts to deliver key strategic projects requiring global expertise.

Requirements:

Professional Experience:

712 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in strategic consulting.

Proven experience in managing financial modeling teams for largescale projects benchmarking financial inputs and reviewing financial models.

Experience in investment and fund modeling particularly in largescale capital projects or economic development.

Strong academic background preferably with a master s degree or equivalent qualification.

Core Skills

Financial Modeling Expertise: Ability to build financial models from scratch review existing models and analyze their alignment with the sector strategy.

Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating and delivering highquality presentations (PowerPoint) that clearly communicate complex financial data to executivelevel audiences.

Business Strategy & Finance Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge in business strategy corporate finance and operating models.

Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the entertainment cultural and fashion industries.

Soft Skills

Ability to work independently and manage a high level of accountability.

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with structured thinking.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions based on datadriven insights.
