Parsons are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis & Executive Reporting Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear concise and impactful executivelevel reports and presentations. The role is critical in ensuring that our executive team has the insights needed to make informed decisions with a focus on highlighting key information while eliminating unnecessary data.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Collect analyze and interpret complex data from various sources.
- Prepare highlevel executive summaries and reports to present critical insights.
- Develop and design clear compelling presentations for executive meetings.
- Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends while filtering out extraneous information.
- Work closely with different departments to gather and validate data.
- Translate complex data sets into understandable and actionable formats.
- Monitor data trends and provide timely insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness of all data and reports.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools and techniques to enhance reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to senior executives.
- Provide direction to graphic designers briefing developers photographers illustrators and other required staff.
- Manage and monitor production schedules.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Business Analytics Statistics or a related field.
- 15 years of related experience including some experience in a lead capacity.
- Proven experience in data analysis reporting and executive level presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into executivefriendly formats.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of business processes and key performance metrics.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work crossfunctionally.
- Real estate and Development experience
- Experience of Working in KSA is a must
