The Role
Join a leading events agency in Riyadh where creativity meets innovation! They specialize in creating immersive and impactful event experiences blending cuttingedge design with worldclass production. As they continue to grow they are looking for a talented 2D Designer to join their creative team and bring their clients visions to life. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative 2D designs for various event elements such as stage backdrops banners posters event branding invitations signage and digital presentations. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with event managers 3D designers and production teams to ensure designs align with the overall event concept and client expectations. Brand Guidelines: Adapt and apply corporate branding to event visuals while maintaining the integrity of the brands identity. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand briefs and present your design ideas ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the design process. Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest trends in design and events to bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project. Print and Production: Prepare designs for print ensuring files are productionready and liaise with printers and production teams to ensure a highquality end result.

Requirements
- Experience: 35 years of experience as a 2D designer preferably within the events or advertising industry. Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign). Knowledge of motion graphics software (After Effects Premiere Pro) is a plus. Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to produce engaging designs that resonate with a diverse audience. DetailOriented: Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and meet tight deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams. Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with Saudi Arabias culture audience preferences and the local events scene is a plus.
