Position: Access Control/CCTV Technician
Location: Cairo Egypt
Contract Details: Fulltime

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Access Control/CCTV Technician to join our team in Cairo Egypt.
Position Overview:
As an Access Control/CCTV Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining and troubleshooting access control and CCTV systems for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their security needs and provide them with the best solutions to meet their requirements. This is a fulltime position based in Cairo Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure access control and CCTV systems for clients
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide recommendations for the best solutions
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and advancements in access control and CCTV technology
- Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of systems
- Maintain accurate records of all installations repairs and maintenance work
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining access control and CCTV systems
- Knowledge of various access control and CCTV systems such as Honeywell Bosch and Axis
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
