Overview:
AL Hokair group is a name that has been tied the world of hospitality and entertainment for decades. To many it has become the first name that comes to mind when tourism in Saudi Arabia or the Arabian world are mentioned. The group was started in 1975 to invest in the sectors of entertainment and hospitality under the leadership of Sheikh Abdulmohsin AL Hokair.

Over five decades the groups projects expanded to include 70 entertainment centers and 33 hotels spread in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. The group continues to develop its tourism investments to deliver the best of what top global companies offer by attracting expertise and establishing partnerships that enhance returns of investment and makes a difference in the fields of entertainment and hospitality.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join one of our hotels in Tabuk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our hotel services building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients including travel agencies corporate clients and event planners.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for the hotel.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the hospitality industry.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the hotel.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline management. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
