We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated MidLevel HR Manager to join our team at ITS Information Technology Solutions in Giza Governorate Egypt. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment employee relations performance management and training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the companys goals and objectives
Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and making job offers
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
Lead performance management processes including goalsetting performance evaluations and career development plans
Plan and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Manage employee benefits compensation and payroll processes
Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to current processes
Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management preferably in the IT industry
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment performance management employee relations and training and development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS & ERP systems
